Premier Pooch Living
We are proud to be a pet-friendly community! Residents may have up to two dogs or cats, with no breed or weight restrictions. As part of our application process, we utilize a third-party pet screening company for all residents. This includes pet owners, non-pet owners, and those with certified service or ESA animals. Our pet friendly community offers:

- Dog drinking fountains & pet-friendly amenities
- Street-level pet friendly resident lounge

- On-site pet bath
Pet rent is $50 per month per dog and $35 per month per cat, with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300. We do not charge a pet deposit.
